This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the SavvySpark platform and related services (the “Service”) provided by SavvySpark Inc. (“SavvySpark,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Subscription Agreement (or Enterprise MSA, as applicable). Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the applicable agreement.
1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this AUP. You are responsible for ensuring that all users accessing the Service through your account comply with this AUP, including your employees, contractors, and any authorized end users.
2. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You may not use the Service to:
2.1 Harassment and Surveillance
- Harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any individual
- Conduct surveillance of individuals using relationship data, org charts, or contact records
- Use relationship scores, meeting debriefs, or contact information to target individuals in a harmful or coercive manner
2.2 Data Integrity Violations
- Game or artificially manipulate B2BR or B2PR relationship scores
- Fabricate relationship data, meeting debriefs, or contact records
- Create misleading or fraudulent entries in org charts or relationship maps
- Input false or deceptive information to influence AI-generated insights or scores
2.3 Privacy and Data Governance Violations
- Use auto-created contact records without a lawful basis to store that individual’s personal information under applicable privacy law
- Process personal data of individuals without a lawful basis (including under GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable data protection laws)
- Circumvent your organization’s own CRM data governance policies through the Service
- Collect, store, or process personal information in violation of applicable privacy, data protection, or anti-spam laws
2.4 Data Extraction and Misuse
- Scrape, bulk export, or systematically extract data from the Service for competitive intelligence or any unauthorized purpose
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any data obtained through the Service
- Use the Service for competitive analysis, benchmarking, or to develop a competing product
2.5 Illegal and Fraudulent Activities
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or legal obligation, including export control laws and sanctions
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
- Engage in phishing, social engineering, or fraud
2.6 Intellectual Property Violations
- Submit content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property right
- Remove or alter proprietary notices or labels on any part of the Service
3. AI FEATURE RESTRICTIONS
When using SavvySpark’s AI-powered features (scoring, debrief extraction, search, and insights), you may not:
- Generate defamatory, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Use AI outputs to deceive, manipulate, or misrepresent information to others
- Attempt to extract model weights, training data, or reverse engineer AI systems
- Attempt to bypass or circumvent AI safety measures
- Use AI features to automate harassment, spam, or other prohibited activities
- Rely on AI-generated outputs as the sole basis for decisions that have significant legal or financial consequences without human review
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated outputs before use or distribution.
4. SYSTEM AND SECURITY RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Access accounts, systems, or data without authorization
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities
- Bypass or circumvent security or access control measures
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without prior written authorization
- Use resources disproportionate to your intended use
5. BUSINESS USE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a B2B platform, you acknowledge the following responsibilities:
- End User Compliance. You are responsible for your end users’ compliance with this AUP.
- Legal Basis for Data. You must have a lawful basis for all personal data you input, store, or process through the Service, and you must be able to demonstrate that basis upon request.
- CRM Integration Compliance. When using CRM integrations, you must comply with the terms of service and data governance policies of those third-party platforms.
- Export Controls and Sanctions. You must not use the Service in violation of applicable export control, sanctions, or anti-corruption laws.
6. ENFORCEMENT
6.1 Our Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Investigate suspected violations of this AUP
- Remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP
- Report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities
- Cooperate with legal investigations
6.2 Graduated Enforcement
Violations are subject to graduated enforcement:

| Minor / first-time | Warning with policy reminder |
| Repeated or moderate | Temporary suspension of account or features |
| Severe or repeated moderate | Permanent termination of account |
Severe violations — including illegal activity, intentional data fabrication, harassment, or conduct posing imminent harm — may result in immediate termination without prior warning.
6.3 No Obligation to Monitor
We are not obligated to monitor content or conduct but may do so at our discretion. We are not liable for content posted by users.
7. REPORTING VIOLATIONS
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to:

Please include a description of the violation, any relevant details (usernames, URLs, screenshots), and supporting evidence. We will review all reports and take appropriate action.
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
