SAVVYSPARK — PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS

These Product-Specific Terms supplement the Subscription Agreement (or Enterprise MSA, as applicable) between you and SavvySpark Inc. These terms apply when you activate and use the SavvySpark relationship intelligence product. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings set forth in the Subscription Agreement.
1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
SavvySpark is a relationship intelligence product for business development teams. It maps, scores, and tracks professional relationships to provide visibility into relationship health across your organization.
2. AI FEATURES
SavvySpark uses third-party AI provided by Anthropic for the following categories of features: meeting debrief extraction, natural language search, contact classification, and relationship recommendations. The current sub-processor list is at DPA Annex III. Changes to the underlying AI model selection within a sub-processor are not material changes to this Agreement.

3. RELATIONSHIP SCORES
3.1 Scores Are Informational Only
Relationship scores are informational tools to help users prioritize relationship management. They are not guarantees of relationship quality or business outcomes.
3.2 Automated Decision-Making Disclosure
Relationship scores are generated through automated processing of personal data. In accordance with CCPA/CPRA (ADMT rules effective January 2026) and GDPR Article 22:
- You may request meaningful information about scoring logic by contacting privacy@savvyspark.ai
- You may request human review of any score that significantly affects your use of the Service
- You may opt out of automated scoring by contacting privacy@savvyspark.ai
- Scores do not produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on the individuals scored
4. AUTO-CREATED CONTACT RECORDS
When email sync or CRM integration is enabled, SavvySpark may automatically create contact records for individuals who appear in your communications or CRM data but do not yet exist in your SavvySpark directory. These records are created from available information (such as email addresses and names) and may include inferred details such as company affiliation.
Your responsibilities:
- Review auto-created records for accuracy
- Delete records you do not have a lawful basis to retain
- Ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations) for all contact data in your account, whether manually entered or auto-created
- Manage auto-created records through Account settings
5. CRM INTEGRATION
Your use of CRM integrations is subject to the terms of service of the applicable CRM provider. SavvySpark is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party CRM services. If a CRM provider modifies their API or terms in a way that affects the integration, SavvySpark will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility but cannot guarantee uninterrupted integration.
6. MEETING DEBRIEF
All AI-extracted data from meeting debriefs is presented for your review before it enters your records. No AI-generated data is added to your directory or scores without your confirmation.
