This Cookie Policy explains how SavvySpark Inc. (“SavvySpark,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit our website at https://savvyspark.ai (the “Site”) or use the SavvySpark platform (the “Service”). This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
We are committed to being transparent about the technologies we use. This Cookie Policy explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and your rights to control our use of them.
1. WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, provide a better user experience, and supply information to the site operator.
We also use similar technologies, including:
- Local storage and session storage — data stored in your browser that persists between page loads
- Web beacons (pixel tags) — small transparent images embedded in web pages or emails that track whether content has been accessed
2. HOW WE USE COOKIES
We use cookies for the following purposes, organized by category. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies. SavvySpark does not engage in targeted advertising.
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are essential for the Service to function. They enable core functionality such as authentication, session management, and security. You cannot opt out of these cookies because the Service would not work without them.

3. YOUR CHOICES
3.1 Cookie Consent Banner
When you first visit the Site, you will see a cookie consent banner that allows you to accept or reject non-essential cookies (functional and analytics). You can change your preferences at any time by clicking “Cookie Settings” in the footer of the Site.
3.2 Browser Settings
Most web browsers allow you to manage cookies through their settings. You can typically:
- View cookies stored on your device
- Delete all or specific cookies
- Block third-party cookies
- Block all cookies (note: this may impair the functionality of the Service)
For instructions on managing cookies in your browser, visit your browser’s help documentation.
3.3 Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or an extension sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, consistent with applicable law. Because SavvySpark does not sell personal information or use advertising cookies, GPC primarily ensures that analytics cookies are not set without your affirmative consent.
3.4 Do Not Track
There is currently no industry standard for how websites should respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, but we do honor GPC signals as described above.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Some cookies on the Service are placed by third-party service providers that help us analyze usage. We do not control these cookies. Please refer to each provider’s privacy policy for information about their data practices:
We do not allow third-party advertising networks to place cookies on the Service.
5. DATA RETENTION
Cookie data is retained for the duration indicated in the tables above. When a cookie expires, it is automatically deleted from your device. You may also delete cookies manually at any time through your browser settings.
For information about how we retain other personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.
6. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
